Cézanne heads up the BR Law team.
Cézanne was one of the first black female partners to be appointed in (the then known as) DLA Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr’s Cape Town Corporate & Commercial practice.

Experience
Cézanne has over 15 years’ experience as a corporate commercial lawyer, focussing on advising on South African company law, South African contract law, doing business in South Africa, conducting legal due diligence investigations, advising on, negotiating and structuring commercial and business transactions and advising on corporate governance.
Who is Cézanne?
Fearless in her pursuit for success and excellence, and committed to transformation, Cézanne is known to not follow the pack.
Named after the French painter, Cézanne likes to think she is a bit creative too, and is quite the artist when drawing transaction diagrams. She is also known for thinking on her feet; literally, and can often be found walking around the office barefoot.
